Getting a refund

If for any reason you are unable to attend the training you registered for you are entitled to a refund.

Withdrawing more than 14 days before the training

Please contact us via our contact form or contact your NWTA Enrolment Coordinator prior to 14 days of the training you registered for and you will receive a full refund.

Withdrawing less than 14 days before the training

If you withdraw from the training under the fourteen day period your deposit of $200 will be retained.
